Staff was friendly and room was neat and clean

It would be helpful if laundry items could be delivered directly to the room instead of asking guests to collect them from the reception. It would be good to have a few disposable plates available in the room. It would also be better to provide ceramic coffee cups, since the cups available in the room were marked as not microwave-safe.

Charged twice for the same room after it was paid in full with booking.com. Once at the hotel they claimed they needed a security deposit that was supposed to had been refunded at the end of stay. Instead they charged an additional $132 with the $100 deposit thus double charging for the same room afterwards.

The bed matters was way soft and made it uncomfortable. The location neighborhood kind of rough.
