This hotel felt more like a 5 starr. Everything from the warm inviting fire bwside the lobby to the Voya products in the room. The staff were exceptional.

Oh i would have loved a moisturising cream in the bathroom.

I loved the staff, tranquility, and the facilities. It was so relaxing and will definitely be back

Receptionist wasnt as explanatory enough on how their spa works as well as the restaurant, but the other staff were friendly and assisted

The experience was excellent and we will definitely return. The only recommendation I would make is to add a slip mat to the shower to avoid any falls.
