Great location, lovely room with a gorgeous bathroom. It was very clean with everything you needed. It was really quiet, no noise from other rooms or the street below. Friendly, helpful staff.

The location of this property was stellar! Easy to walk to everything and easy access to transit, ferries, excellent restaurants, center city. The room was perfect- we could even see a hint of Lake Como from the window. This room had a bedroom and separate living room with sleeper sofa and a single bathroom. Coffee and Tea in the room. The mattress was excellent- very comfy. Plenty of towels, great water pressure and hot water. Room was clean. There was an elevator but the stairs were an easy walk if you didn't want to take the elevator. Good wifi.

Can't think of anything we didn't like it was a great stay.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to the ferry docks & lots of walkable restaurants. Camilla was easy to contact & responded quickly.

The room was large & updated but sparse furniture. Nowhere to sit except on bed. Could use a chair or two or couch.
