el personal excelente y muy amable, el lugar aunque tenga sus años esta en excelentes condiciones, siempre ves gente dando mantenimiento a las instalaciones,

la cama muy dura, fria, hasta se sentia humeda y con olor a humedad con un ligero olor a orines, las sabanas muy asperas y poco comodas, las almnohadas bien, la comida del resort muy estandard para el costo, el servicio de bebidas lento

Excelente ubicación de locales, restaurantes y transporte público

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous 8 day stay at Club Regina. Let me start by saying how impressed we were by this resort. It exceeded all expectations! We stayed in a King Suite with a fabulous view of the pool and ocean. The suite was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed is very comfy and we slept great. This resort is very quiet at night, which we appreciated. The pool area and grounds are kept meticulously. The staff are very friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for their guests. We are counting the days until we can return again. Thank you so much Club Regina!

Demian has been wonderful. He was immediately welcoming and friendly and continued to interact with us! He made us feel weldcome on our first trip to PV!

Went there with my husband for our honeymoon and it was hands down the best stay. Everything is so easy and available. The staff are very attentive and made our experience. Mayra and Antonio led us through many games and excursions- kayaking, water aerobics, bracelet making, etc. They brought the energy and always made the day exciting. Everyone at the resort has amazing costumer service. Give Mayra and Antonia a raise!

Mayra and Antonio were my experience. Every interaction with either of them instantly brightened our day. They talked to me and my wife and made us feel very welcomed. Mayra and Antonio are gems and the hotel should be thanking them!

First of all I would like to say we bought into this Timeshare in “2000”! We have been in “Love” with this System we bought into and all the Places we go to! Especially PV! We have upgraded two times. We have used many Properties in Mexico and the USA. We have been Satisfied for 25 years! This year when visiting the PV resorts I was Highly Disappointed! A New Company Royal Holiday Vacations has taken over and it has Gone from a 5 Star to a Disaster! The Service and Employees are still Wonderful! The Employees are even Sad! They say they get paid less since the new company took over. I recognized Two employees from the past! The Chef and Ceasar the Hotel manager. They both looked Stressed and Not Happy! They use to Always have Smiles on their faces! “Not this year”They have stopped the Quality even though the Service is still Awesome!They have taken out a Lot of immunities, Room Service to me is Huge! The restaurant Enizio is no longer desirable! GONE! So Sad! Especially because their is a Amazing Marina within walking Distance with Incredible Restaurants! The gift shop is a Joke! Use to be a Awesome Mimi Market now just Expensive junk. There is a OXXO four minute walk away why would we buy anything from the Over priced Gift shop? Waste of Space! Royal Holiday Vacation wants to give you a “Presentation to Welcome you and tell of the New Changes” Well what a WASTE of TIME! They only want $60,000 to let you continue to use the Properties in PV, Cabo and Cancun. And they want to take your banked points and renew your contract for 15 years Instead of the 21 years we still have. They speak TERRIBLE about Club Regina/Raintree! Basically call them Crooks and Liars. I spoke with 4 people who went to the same presentation and we all was given the same story from our Sales Agent of how their parents were members like us who bought in the early 2000’s and how They were treated Awful by Club Regina/Raintree and basically got no return from their investment! Our stories were all identical just different Sales People. I sure Hope and Pray Club Regina/Raintree rethink there changes! It has gone Down Hill since RHV has taken over! We have found a new Resort right down the road already! I’m Very Sad!
