I called and talked to the hotel about the pool as we had 8 children below the age of 7 and wanted to make sure it was indoor, heated and in good working ordered for small children who need a way to expend energy…the pool was FREEZING! Such a huge disappointment for our whole group. If there were noise complaints it was due to the lie that the pool would be in good working ordered for little kids and they were using up energy running around. Also, for a newly remodeled hotel, it was obvious that it was just a coat of paint on the walls. There were stains on the bathroom wall in #219. TV’s were very difficult to use and none of our phones worked.

Ceiling was tore up in pool area with Sheetrock pieces on floor. The fact that the guests were allowed to run through the halls and lobby until after 11pm yelling and such

I liked the location and the friendliness of the staff.

I had to re-connect to the wi-fi every time I used my phone. It was frustrating.

The breakfast was satisfactory. The staff was adequate. However, there are numerous maintenance tasks that require attention around the property. I did not receive the extra rollaway bed I requested, and I was charged $20 dollars for two nights, despite the website stating that a room with two beds could accommodate up to five people.

The pool had sand at the bottom and paint chipping off, indicating a lack of maintenance. Additionally, there were no pool towels available in the pool area. The TV, which was malfunctioning and without internet connectivity, rendered it unusable for watching. I stayed for two days. The front desk staff attempted to fix the issue upon my arrival, but subsequent requests for assistance went unaddressed.

Very friendly staff. Great location for where I was going.

Had trouble with the TV at first. My key card stopped working after I ate breakfast. I had come down to front desk to have it reset making me rush to funeral that I was in town for.
