Great location! As location adjacent to Ciputra Mall & short drive to CGK airport. Security is a main concern, only by room card access toward to Mall. Clean property, nice breakfast, well mannered staff . Everyone willing & happy to help to make sure our stay comfortable We will stay again soon in future

This was another excellent stay at Hotel Ciputra Jakarta Barat. The hotel offers a very convenient location with direct access to a wide range of restaurants and a shopping mall, which makes it ideal for both leisure and family trips. It is not my first time staying here, and my family and I consistently enjoy our time at this property. The staff members are exceptionally polite, courteous, and professional, and it was a pleasure to recognize some familiar faces from previous visits. I would like to extend special appreciation to Diah from the Executive Lounge, who was very helpful and provided us with useful information about the hotel’s facilities. We greatly enjoyed the salad bar and buffet selection, and her attentive service contributed significantly to our positive experience. We spent New Year’s Eve at the hotel and the buffet dinner was outstanding. It became an especially memorable evening as we celebrated a birthday together with 20 family members, and the hotel handled this large gathering smoothly and efficiently. Our suite was very impressive: clean, spacious, and well maintained, with a pleasant view from the 17th floor. The overall standard of housekeeping and room comfort fully met our expectations. My family and I were highly satisfied with our stay and will definitely choose Hotel Ciputra Jakarta Barat again on our next trip to Jakarta.
