Der Zimmerservice war sichtlich bemüht um 22 Uhr noch die Couch zu beziehen. Bemühter als das Personal an der Rezeption.

Ich hatte nachweislich eine Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern gebucht. Bekommen habe ich ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer. Die ausziehbare Couch musste erst bezogen werden, obwohl ich angekündigt hatte dass wir sie brauchen. Das Hotelpersonal an der Rezeption war nicht an einer Lösung interessiert. Ich habe bewusst eine Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmer gebucht und auch bezahlt! Bekommen habe ich was anderes!
