"I WILL NEVER STAY AT A OYO AGAIN"

At first we thought it was a nice lookin’ property

The staff were not truthful, disrespectful, did not care that their staff informed us the queen suites were available prior to our booking, they then denied us our book-in. Immediately after the man booked a room for a walk-in. He refused to let me talk to a manager and told me to leave the property and that he wasn’t responsible for his staff lying and that it’s not his problem that I had to sleep in my vehicle. Then customer service was very disrespectful and raised her voice multiple times I was highly disappointed

"Couldn’t pay me to stay here ever again."

Not much at all.

Cash deposit and no receipts even when asked for one. Mold smell everywhere. Only has stairs. Hallways smelled of pee and mold. Pretty rough crowds live there, yes live there. Broke down cars on the property. Beds and sofa bed was from my grandmas house in the 70’s. Rough all the way around!

Did not have breakfast

Hot room, no toilet paper, tv had no volume on half the channels and no Kleenex in the room. And was made to pay 50.00 cash deposit. Definitely not worth over 130.00. it's an 85.00 room at best..
