Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Mesquite - Dallas East

That was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. Floor was gross and sticky. The back door to the building doesn't lock so people can come and go without a room card. The room doors don't shut properly. Got back to my room and my door was open because the maid didn't pull it closed. By the 2nd day of having the a/c on the room smelled like pee. Just gross....... Under no circumstances should anyone stay here.

Upon arrival room had trash in trash cans and bed was not made.

Worst place I've EVER stayed. Cleaned my room once out of 3 days. Weak wifi signal. Nasty bad attitude customer service when i complained. Dirty microwave in the room. Burn marks everywhere in a so called non smoking room. Unsafe unsecured back door (no lock). Do notstay at this place, its a horrible experience. Its needs a complete overhaul in every way including the receptionist. Its owned by an Indian family. They all have a very bad attitude when its comes to customer servive. Im not sure if thats the norm or its how they treat black people. I was very offended by the attitude i got from them. I wanted to strangle one of them for being a smart a**. I really wanted a refund but i knew i wasn't going to get it. Iwas treated very suspiciously from the start and it was unwarranted. Dont stay at this place. They dont deserve your business.

The bed was just a box spring& a mattress on the floor. The television didn't work properly. The room didn't have a refrigerator.

Room wasn’t that clean but it’s a hotel so what do you expect. It’s okay for the price.
