Hotel's new interior done succesfully. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly service (overall). Self check-in plus. Kids playroom was fun even for bigger children (adults). Lobby shop was good enough. Elevators were fast. Hotel location and spa +

Nice room, comfy bed. Good breakfast and if the hotel parking is full you can leave car near at Koskikeskus parking hall. Staff was helpfull and nice and there was enough staff at the reception even it was busy summer weekend. Great location, my favourite hotel in Tampere!

Pari yötä hotellissa. Kaikki toimi loistavasti.

Upea maisema, kaikki erityistoiveemme toteutettiin, aivan ihana asiakaspalvelija meitä heti vastassa<3 myös lemmikki ystävällinen paikka, oltaisiin hyvin voitu ottaa koirammekin mukaan mutta jäi tälläkertaa kotiin hoitoon.

Parkkihalli on nykyautolle nafti

The check-in in this hotel has been terrible and still is. Too long waiting time. But the staff is very friendly. Also we could hardly notice any refurbisment except that cooling in the rooms was broken and the windows could not be opened like earlier. Very painful night, hardly any sleeping.

Midt i byen og med værelse på 15 sal var der fantastisk udsigt. Fantastisk morgenmad og med et Brewhouse lige overfor var det helt rigtigt valg for os.

Uusittu hotelli mutta käsittämätöntä että huoneessa ei ole riittävää ilmastointia (+28 ulkona), yhä laitetaan erittäin korkeareunainen amme kylpyhuoneeseen ja tyynyt (2 kpl) kumpikin liian korkeita. Aamiainen perustyyliin + mustaa makkaraa. Hiljainen huone, minibaari ja ravintolat alakerrassa. Yhä hyvin ahdas parkkihalli. Ystävällinen hlö-kunta. Siivouksessa toivomisen varaa, meillä wc jätetty epäsiistiksi. Wifi pätkii.
