Checked in and cancelled stay after discovering evidence of BED BUGS! Once we checked in, we went to our room. It smelled really bad. My daughter and I unzipped the mattress covers and there were black spots all over the mattresses. Also found a blood stain on the sheet on one of the beds. Called the front desk, and they said they'd come up to check. They walked in with flashlights, looked at the mattresses and said they'd issue a refund but wouldn't offer us another room. Vacancy sign was lit, so I'm guessing they knew they didn't have another room without bed bugs available. So, we were stranded at 6pm on a Thursday night. We booked through Expedia, but was unable to get a review submitted since technically our stay was cancelled.

We stayed here last week for our visit to Cedar Point. Booking direct with the hotel was easy. The rooms were very clean, very convenient to the park, the breakfast was good, the coffee was good, the rooms were very affordable, easy to get to from the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. No issues during our stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

The hotel was very clean and served it's purpose for a quick one night stay with the kids! Would come back again!

Hotel was very basic and good for the price and considering we only used the room to sleep. If you are spending any time in the room I would say to upgrade to a larger hotel. The rooms have been updated but the outlets are going to be a fire hazard if not updated. Our chargers would not stay in the majority of the outlets as they were very loose. Husband wanted me to bring that up as could be a fire hazard if left like that much longer.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

The location was great, about a 5-minute drive to Cedar Point, which was our reason for visiting. The room was spacious and clean, and we liked that the sink and vanity were separate from the toilet and bath, so the two of us could get ready more quickly. Plenty of parking near the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. I feel we got good value for our money.

Breakfast was a little disappointing (pancakes were rubbery), but I guess as it was included in the price of the room, we couldn't be too picky. The pool was closed, which was fine, but it was dirty and made the whole place feel unkempt since it was the first thing we would see when we walked out of the room.
