Je suis très déçu de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avons choisi cet établissement principalement pour sa piscine, qui est mise en avant sur les photos. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert qu'elle était hors service. Je trouve regrettable que cette information n'ait pas été communiquée à l'avance, surtout en pleine période de forte chaleur. Si nous avions été informés, nous aurions certainement choisi un autre hôtel. De plus, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, les chambres sont très décevantes. Le confort, l'état général et la qualité des prestations ne correspondent pas au niveau attendu. J'espère que l'hôtel améliorera sa communication avec les clients et la qualité de ses installations afin d'éviter ce genre de déception à l'avenir.

Nothing special. Stuff were nice, quick check-in.

The shower hose was broken and water streamed all around. The sink in so flat that hands do not for under the crane. There is no water in the toilet - the sink and shower are separate from it. The breakfast is very poor. And this hotel is ranked as 4* and costed $370 per night. Absolutely not worth it.

They charged an unexpectedly large amount for things we never asked for or ordered. They refuse to talk to us because we have requested a refund.
