Staff was knowledgeable about the limited breakfast options with a person with dairy and gluten allergies and said they would charge a reduced fee I choose to eat elsewhere.

Bed was way too soft and no one knew where stairs were located and stairs weren't shown on elevator maps. Huge safety issues that would stop me from staying again.

I always like the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. I made a last minute decision to stay my last night with this hotel before flying out the next day. I liked the ease of checking in and the proximity to the airport.

The comforter was so thin, even with pjs I was cold. It took several hours for the room to warm up. The air conditioner had been set to 68 and it was a cold night. I had asked to be away from the elevator. The woman drinking her highly caffeinated can of beverage told me I was. I did not mind being in a room with stained carpet, but it was three doors down from the elevator. The people next door went in and out during the night and the dings of the elevator and their talking was not appreciated. The joists in the floor of their room next door creaked so loud each time I thought someone was in my room. The door slams unusually loud of this hotel (I have stayed several times). As tired as I was, sleep was not as sound as I would have liked.

I visited their lounge and the service was implacable. Onalee & Erica, their service was spot on. Nice atmoshere and delicious hot cookies made to order!

Absolutely nothing. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

From arrival, the property was very run down, dirty and old. Even the parking lot is old, full of trash. While parking, a homeless man asked me to get him some free coffee from the Lobby. Then, the elevators are dirty and the hallway carpeting is a disaster. Stains, dirt everywhere. It seemed out of the late 60s and just kept getting filthier and more broken down by the minute. I was in a Junior Suite and The TV didn’t work, there appeared to be blood on the carpet, stains on the walls. I complained to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do, except not charge me $12.00 for parking.

We should not have to pay for parking. There is plenty of it. This is New York. And the cost of rooms are hugh enough that there should not be additional fee for parking

Conveniently located right off I-70, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is super clean and they have a great bistro inside of it. There is a very large outdoor pool which unfortunately closed due to the time of year but the outdoor hot tub was open but small. For the cost, you cannot go wrong!

The bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!! Had a pet. She was treated well with nice outdoor areas. Always love the cookies 🍪
