Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Panama City, FL

I am writing to share my positive experience during my recent stay at your hotel. The staff were very outgoing and friendly throughout our visit. In particular, I would like to commend the lady at the reception who helped us right away. When we discovered the lock on our door wasn't working, she immediately assisted us in changing our room, which we greatly appreciated.

While the staff were very friendly, I unfortunately had several significant issues with the room. The counter where the TV was located was full of ants, there was no air circulation in the room, and the smell was horrible. Additionally, my husband and I both woke up with a terrible cough. We also noticed hair on the toilet seat, presumably from the previous guest. Due to these cleanliness and comfort concerns, I will not be returning to this property. I wanted to bring these matters to your attention so they can be addressed for future guests

Good location

I have stayed here many times before, but this time the room had a smell…I had to buy air freshener to try to kill the smell, but every time we would enter the room the same was still there.

Good location for all you need to do. Cheaper rate and only 22 minutes from the beach.

Floor were still wet from carpet being cleaned. We were moved to another room. The new room, the air conditioning unit above was leaking into our room from the ceiling. Which we had to put a bucket underneath to catch the water. Closet rack was broken, shade to room would not raise up and down. Shout out and props to the maintenance guy and clerk at the front desk. When told of the issues, it was fixed within the hour.

It was beautiful. It was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The biscuits and gravy was delicious.
