I’m not usually a Karen but LORDY! When we checked in we were greeted by a friendly staff member. Once we went to the room we turned on the AC and it had a Loud buzzing noise that could not be ignored . Also the room was unkept and several outlets did not work. When we asked the staff to address it the manager was very bothered to check it out. She also refused to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor so we took the stairs. She then determined it needed maintenance but their tech was no where near the hotel. Upon being forced to leave because of the AC my family was traumatized because the elevator malfunctioned and scared my children senseless. To this day they are scared to use an elevator. The manager said, “hey I just work here” very uncomfortable and unprofessional we will not stay at a comfort Inn and suites again.

Bed was not comfortable. The waffle batter tasted sour (think it was old). Lady doing the breakfast kept staring at my family and also watched as we tried to get pancakes to come out knowing there was nothing in the machine.
