Me parcio un hotel colonial, bien conservado, amplio con aire acondicionado, con un excelente servicio por parte de su personal, limpio, ubicado en un excelente lugar cerca de diversos puntos importantes de la cidad de Queretaro.

Excelente servicio y amabilidad de vualquiera de sus empleados, muy limpio y muy tranquilo... Super ubicacion, todo lo tienes a pie... Es el unico o de los unicos hoteles que cuentan con su propio estacionamiento

Hotel is quiet, staff is helpful. The housekeeping is exceptional. If you don't put your stuff away, they will put it away in the drawers and closet. Neighborhood has many good eateries within a couple blocks. Charming historic building, rooms have high ceilings. Shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure.
