We booked the Standard room with Queen bed but the actual room we stayed in looked nothing like the photos. The furniture was quite old and heavily used. Also it wasn't possible to adjust the in-room temperature which meant we had to keep the window open all night. We stayed for 3 nights and never got our room cleaned!

The worst Mercury I have stayed in. Property is tired and in a poor looking area next door to a factory or distribution hub. The air con was not working so the window was open for air, the noise in morning was at times loud. The rooms were spacious and clean. I was attracted here because off price and no availability around messe. Approximately €50 taxi to airport/messe was a bit false economy for the better value accommodation. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but limited choice of food in evening.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht . Haben wir nicht bekommen. Wir hatten nur eine Zudecke und nur ein Handtuch, erreicht haben wir um ca 24 Uhr niemanden, obwohl angeblich 24 Stunden erreichbar. Habe in dieser Nacht 3 Stunden geschlafen.
