The first room provided smelt of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. In fact on occasions smoke could be smelt throughout the Hotel. The free wifi was no existent. I was virtually impossible to connect to and on the one or two occasions when I could get to the login page after that service was so slow that it was impossible to use. When I mentioned this to a member of the hotel staff he said it was a problem he also had. In fact he remembered my face and actually asked me two days later if I'd had any luck.

Even though the hotel is at the outskirts of Boeblingen, you are close to every thing. Station not far away, massive Super-market across the road with bakery, hairdresser, bank, pharmacy, etc. Very clean - sheets changed every day. The furniture are not the newest anymore, but still all in very good (working) condition, the TV showed all the channels and the beds are very comfortable. Kettle with courtesy tea and coffee, as well as a bottle of sparkling water each day and always a few little treats at the reception (doughnuts, chocolate swirls etc.). WiFi was free. Don't buy any water or soft drinks from reception they are very pricey, You've got the shop across the road. Nice hotel to stay - not super luxury - but with all the amenities you need. Bit pricey with the extras (Breakfeast, drinks, etc.)

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff and comfortable bed. I will definitely return when I need to be in the area again. Just a pity that the bar offers no snacks or food after 9:30 PM.

The room was very nice. Outside a lot of construction around the hotel makes it difficult to get to. Very close to Daimler factory, but I used it for a hotel before flying out from the airport, about 20 min away because Stuttgart hotels fill up very quickly. Staff was helpful, but limited, plan extra time, as in most places in Europe.

The internet, which is free, was so unstable that it was the same as not having access to the internet. The pool was dirty and could not be used, did not seem to have been cleaned for some time. Nice breakfast

We were very pleased with this hotel. The rooms were clean and neat, with comfy bed. The reception area is very modern, and we loved the full body massage chair, especially after a very long drive.

Great business hotel with all facilities and services needed. Just perfect for our needs.

Overall this hotel met all the requirements for a one night stop on business. The rooms were comfy and clean. The staff friendly & helpful. Free wifi. The evening meal was tasty & the breakfast filling and with a good choice.

Excellent time at the Mercure. Staff were very helpful and overcame a number of issues we had very quickly. Most helpful. Will be my first choice next time I am in Stuttgart
