Front desk had great customer service.

Hotel room is nothing like advertised on websites. Old & in need of updates. Toilet in bathroom ridiculously low to floor. Very very loud road noise. A bunch of families checked in with a ton of kids. Lots of doors slamming, loud running up & down stairs, yelling. So many other hotels to stay at in Medford. I picked the wrong one.

The bed was very uncomfortable. A few people were outside their room smoking as you are walking to the breakfast bar.

"Our warm night during the cold weather!"

Horizon Inn was a great location for the pedestrians to the next family-oriented restaurant called Black Bear Cater for dinner. Its atmosphere was neat. Our room especially the floor (off the balance) was old, so it needs to be upgrading. The service was very good. Its value was reasonable for the travellers. There was uncontrollable room temperature because the hot/cold blowing was unexpectedly fast, so we had to keep adjusting the temperature in the heater during the cold night.
