"Exceptional"

This is a dated, very clean, middle eastern corporation run, airport convenience, hotel. It has been remodeled. Staff was cool. Check in guy was funny. Room was excellent! Checkin was quick and smooth. Parking was paved but undeveloped. Room was reasonably priced.This hotel is for airport functioning not one you vacation at. It excels at that.

Room was not bad. The hallways were always full of people just hanging around and leaving garbage everywhere and making noise. Breakfast was not great.

Hotel was priced accordingly. For a quick sleep before getting on an early flight, this hotel was good. A bit noisy in the lobby but rooms were clean.

I had to extend my stay in Edmonton by a day due to flight issues. Going from the Windham in the south side to this property was a bit surprising. Same price but about three steps down in quality. The room was dated and smelled like old scotch - the windows were wide open with AC off on a 30 degree day. Staff did their job but were not pleasant.

The concierge was rude and condescending. The building was super hot on 2nd floor and was 32 degrees outside. Room didnt have AC on and was too hot to feel any comfortability. Turned AC on snd took all night to gool down.
