"Estancia muy agradable con tu mascota"

Muy acogedor y limpio el hotel y muy amable todo el personal de recepción y del restaurante (especialmente la señorita Silvana) que nos han atendido muy bien y han sido muy atentos en todo momento. Posición cómoda para visitar la isla a muy pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad. Seguramente volveremos!

"Value for money in a great location"

Really great value for money. Nice pool area, great breakfast & nice and accommodating staff…no complaints. Taxi rank right outside, between 6 and 15 euros to get everywhere.

A small bar would be a good addition but the hotel across the road has one so you can just go there 😁

"Good aventure but good."

Room was quite clean/ large with a lovely balcony viewing the garden/pool. Bathroom amenities were very good - bath supplies at right level (unlike the other Nh hotels) and huge soft towels. B/fast lack lustre - not great variety/ selection although they made lovely omelette at no extra charge) - unlike Nh hotels who charged extra. Silvanna at b/fast room was so thoughtful and efficient everyday - you can tell she enjoys her job serving people. Bkfast was quite expensive for what was served. I read all reviews and no one mentioned the inconvenient location of the hotel -this was very disappointing. It must be very difficult to walk to other places eg Centro Commmercial even though it’s quite very close. But there’s no sidewalks and narrow streets to walk on safely. It’s very important for people to know this because of disabilities one may have. We had to take taxi to go anywhere. However. Overall- Mallorca is such a beautiful place to visit so it’s worth the inconvenience. If you are youthful and no disabilities, it will be an adventure! In my opinion, this should be rated a 3.5 star hotel instead.

Employees were friendly

No noise insulation between rooms. Our room was extremely noisy and for two nights I a row we were woken up by a group of loud people having a party by the pool and in the corridors. Safe in the room was not working. No coffee and tea facilities. Water wasn't replenished daily. Not even a kettle in the room and you want to call yourself a 4 star hotel?? Bathroom was also not very clean when we arrived. In the room there is a green (i guess emergency) light that stays on all night and its quite annoying..
