We offer a complete cleaning service every 6 nights of stay, including change of bed linen and towels. La piscine

L'odeur dans la cusine était insupportable. Les meubles n'etaient pas bien nettoyés et étaient couverts d'une couche de gras et de vieille huile. Même le canapé avait une horrible odeur.

Ho apprezzato la dimensione detta stanza, la doccia e in generale la stanza

Desidero esprimere il mio disappunto per la gestione della nostra richiesta. Con circa una settimana di anticipo avevamo chiesto la possibilità di cancellare una delle due camere prenotate, dichiarandoci disponibili anche a sostenere eventuali penali o costi aggiuntivi ragionevoli. Considerando le dimensioni della struttura e il periodo di alta stagione, durante il quale la camera sarebbe con ogni probabilità stata nuovamente assegnata senza particolari difficoltà, mi sarei aspettato una maggiore disponibilità o quantomeno una soluzione intermedia. Purtroppo, a causa dell'impossibilità di partire da parte di due componenti del nostro gruppo, ci siamo trovati nella situazione di dover pagare due camere pur avendone utilizzata soltanto una. Pur comprendendo le condizioni della prenotazione, ritengo che una maggiore attenzione verso il cliente avrebbe contribuito a lasciare un'impressione decisamente più positiva dell'esperienza. È proprio questa mancanza di flessibilità, nonostante la richiesta sia stata avanzata con congruo anticipo, che mi ha lasciato particolarmente amareggiato.
