Czyste pokoje i smaczne śniadania

Prosiłem o fv kilkukrotnie mailowo jak również podałem dane przy wymeldowaniu i do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymałem fv a minęło 15dmi. Na miejscu nie drukują faktury tylko mówią że wyślą na maila. Katastrofa. Nie profesjonalne podejście do klienta. To był ostatni raz.

Sehr schöne Lage, mitten in Bielefeld. Parkanlage um das Hotel, div Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und die Flure sehr steril.

Super Natur-Lage, vor allem mit Hund! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Bar ist schöner als in anderen Mercure Hotels und das Frühstück war auch ganz gut. Das Personal hat auch hier immer darauf geachtet, dass für alles gesorgt ist.

Die Zimmer im Erdgeschiss wirken etwas lieblos und kalt eingerichtet. Wenn man ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss hat, bemerkt man auch wie alt das Hotel schon ist. Ich weiß nicht wie es auf anderen Etagen wirkt.
