The sofa bed was non existent. Ended up sleeping on the floor for the third person in the room. It was unusable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Karla (Carla) at the front was super sweet helpful and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you so much Carla. We had a wonderful stay!

It has potential. It’s quiet seems like not many people use it

At First Lady at the front desk asked me to bring bedding by myself when I called her to say room is not prepared for 4 guests. Breakfast was very poor , no fruit or vegetables and old frozen bagels. And at the end they charged me second time !! So I was charge double 😕
