The hotel is modern and has a spacious reception and bar area. My wife and I booked a Standard Double Room with Balcony in the knowledge that (unreserved) parking was availble on site, albeit at additional cost. The large car park was not gated but there were no problems encountered. Our room was spacious (c270 sq feet) and was comfortable, with a view from the balcony over the swimming pool and a bit of the Loire, too. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was that it had a restaurant which was open on a Sunday (several hotel restaurants in France seem to be closed then) as we had driven for c 6hours and we didn't fancy going to explore in the city centre c15 mins walk away. We were not disappointed with the menu or with the quality of the food which they provided. We can definitely recommend a couple of their prawn dishes plus the profiteroles around vanilla ice cream ! The breakfast was also very good.
