Breakfast was lacking. Juice watered down, no refill of milk, etc... Had room at the end of the hall and people were coming in and going out throughout the night. Extra roll of toilet paper was opened and half used.

Everything. There were Taco Bell sauce packets hidden between the beds and it looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time !! Beds were SO uncomfortable

It was clean

The bed was not comfortable and we had only 3 pillows. There was no coffee in the room and the coffee in the lobby was bitter like it was hours old. The heater ran constantly with a 35 second rest all night long. We did not sleep very well.

The whole experience was awful

At check in the room we booked was not available. So we were put in a smaller room that STUNK like dog and cigarette. Ask the man to come smell it and all he said was ok .... No it definitely was not ok . The floor was dirty . The toilet hat grossness on the sides .. Not a clean room . The sheet had stuff in on them .. I took pictures it was disgusting. I also send a review and pictures to the state health department

Nothing

Whole room smelled like mold and there was mold in the AC unit and mold in the bathroom in tub and shower. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and incense. Asked what room I wanted said king and got a queen.

Very nice room with everything you ever need.

The brand new bed was very firm. A little too firm for my back.
