Sehr bequemes Bett, Badezimmer sehr sauber, Hund erlaubt beim Frühstück. Tiefgarage hat problemlos geklappt. Sehr zentrale Lage.

"Good but let down by lack of aircon. Could easily have been rated very good."

Recently renovated and the decor was very good. Breakfast was very good. Location was very good, quiet at night. Nowhere to put clothes in a cupboard in the bedroom. They had to be stacked on units plus one hanging rail. Not an issue for us, but maybe for others. Staff very helpful. Cold water dispensers on every floor.

NO AIR CON. It was very hot when we were there and the hotel is advertised as having aircon When we asked why the aircon was not on, we were told it was still spring, and the aircon is not turned on until June. This should be made very clear in the listed facilities of the hotel. We were offered a fan but when the receptionist checked there were no fans left. Sleep quality was very poor as a result. Had the aircon been on we would have rated the Hotel higher and would stay there again. We checked with other Hotels in Avignon and they had their aircon turned on!
