disponibilité d'un garage / parking, chambre calme (comme demandé à la réservation), literie confortable, ptd varié conforme à l'hôtel.

le téléphone de la chambre 520 dysfonctionnait d'où l'impossibilité de réserver directement une table au restaurant. je voyage à titre professionnel et personnel depuis près de 45 ans et suis descendu dans des hôtels du groupe Accord des centaines de fois. Le service du dîner au restaurant a été indigne de votre enseigne que je connais depuis ma jeunesse. Votre personnel faisait de l'entre soi : les serveuses étaient réunies de dos à la salle, vers la caisse, avec une réceptionniste, un cuisinier... sans s'occuper des clients alors que nous étions que 3 en salle en ce début de soirée, ceci a duré pendant des séquences de plusieurs quarts d'heures ou demies heures... intolérable car nous étions fatigués par un long voyage. Sinon nous aurions été dîner à l'extérieur de l'hôtel.
