Crossroads Inn & Suites

Loved how close it was to all the shops and it was a very spacious room. Staff were very nice. I felt as though the pricing was very fair.

It was slightly outdated but well maintained. Overall it was a very good stay and with how spacious it was and the fact we were mainly out most of the time, it being outdated was not a bother.

Our room was comfortable. The bed was comfortable. Pretty clean room.

Late at night and around 2 AM the truck came to empty the dumpster which was right next to our room. This was very loud!

Check in was smooth, we arrived around midnight, but as soon as we got to the room the fireplace timer had malfunctioned (no idea how long it had been running, but felt like days!) The heat was unbearable and the carbon monoxide alarm was going off. Spent 20-30 minutes on the phone with the girl at the front desk trying to figure out how to get it to turn off. Was told maintenance couldn't come because it was late and they lived too far away, and wouldn't come until the next morning, eventually I finally found the gas cut off. Told her I wanted another room because it was unbearable along with not a safe feeling with the carbon monoxide alarm going off, HER EXACT WORDS AFTER I ONCE AGAIN ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM WERE "just leave the door open for a little bit and take the batteries out because sometimes it just does that and maintenance will be by in the morning to check it out." That late at night all I could do was leave the door open for a few hours, finally get to sleep around 3, maintenance woke us up around 8 or 9, I can't remember. Lastly there was a fucking roach in my food that I had left on the TV stand. My wife and I are not about to get away often and I was finally able to get us, what I thought would be a nice romantic valentines weekend getaway, was nothing but miserable seeing how we was right up on the gas fireplace had our sinuses clogged along with severe headaches all weekend. Just to add this also, NONE of the vending machines worked, I got dehydrated and went to every vending machine for them to not work, then walked to the "24hr gas station down the road" and it was closed as well. The mattress was not comfortable at all and the metal frame made noises even with the slightest movements.

Location is the best thing about this location

The room was ok but it wasn’t cleaned very well between the last guest and us. We moved the chair when we first went into the room and there were orange peels on the floor. Detailed cleaning isn’t happening
