Nice accommodation. The room was nice, there was A/C which was great for the Tennessee humidity. I loved that the room had an iron and ironing board.

Very rude front clerk. Was charged a different amount than the amount booked on Booking. The difference was minor but still confusing as that had never happened to me before using Booking. I requested a room on the ground floor but got a top room and no way to change it. Clerk said if I don’t like it then I can leave. There are two levels.

"It should have been straight forward for the staff to complete our request to cancel nights 16-18."

The motel was close to the hospital. Check-in was bright and clean.

Carpeting in room was visibly dirty. The walls and baseboards are in need of renovation Staff was not helpful in trying to cancel remaining days of the reservation.
