Nice breakfast experience. Was in a great area very close to downtown Franklin and the Factory. Very clean.

Did not like that the doors to the room were outside, but it wasn't really an issue.

Location right off the interstate. Close to downtown only a 10 minute drive.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is when we checked in they said they would put a $100 hold on my credit card for incidentals but instead they actually charged my credit card the $100 and I had to wait three or four days for that to be removed

For the cost the motel was ok. it was clean and the breakfast was included

Friendly, efficient check in staff. Beautiful, clean lobby. Very clean rooms (and excellent daily maid service). Light leaks a little around the curtains at night. AC needs to be set lower to make cold enough. But shower hot. Clean outdoor areas. Breakfast excellent. Fresh fruit, well stocked, every table clean. On crowded day opened conference area for additional seating. For a motel and at this price point cannot ask for more.

I like the location. And the amenities..

The plugs in the bathroom did not work, the beds were like sleeping on a rock. The cleaning crew just kept walking by my room to see if I was gone. I walked to my car and left the door open and they were looking inside my room. This was at 8 in the morning and check out wasn’t til 11.
