We didn’t stay, when we got there and tried to check in there was no one in the office I yelled got someone and took video but no one came

Staff was great, the room was well kept and the beds were extremely comfortable, they were softer than any other hotel or motel I’ve stayed at. Had an easy check in and a great nights rest. Did not take advantage of the morning coffee but saw the area the night before and looked very nice.

Clean and safe

this hotel had exactly what I needed, a hot shower and a clean comfortable bed, the hotel was in good repair, and I felt safe staying here. I walked next door for My supper, Thank You.

the thin walls provided little privacy, as I could easily hear conversations from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Overall, while the price may be tempting, the lack of amenities and noise disturbances make this hotel a less than ideal choice for a comfortable stay.

The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

The first night there was a 3 inch cockroach in the bathroom. That may not matter to some but I have a phobia so it was exceptionally horrible. Also, our room door didn't lock. I never had to use the room key. No sense of security at all. The carpet was very stained.

Staff was super helpful, bed was pretty comfortable. Good size room and amenities were as decribed.

A couple stains on the carpet and the toilet seat looked like it seemed better days and no tissues in the room.

Room was not cleaned when I arrived. Was given another but that was being cleaned at the time. Had to wait a half hour for them to finish. Their ice machine was broken. The heater didn't work. No hot water after a few hours. Toilet seat was loose and didn't flush well. Rug was tattered and torn. The next morning I told the front desk person of the problems but they said nothing and never apologized. The woman that checked me in was nice and called to ask if everything okay. She tried to get heater to work but couldn't so brought me a blanket and also some ice. Might be a isolated experience but is a bad reflection on Motel 6 and won't stay at one again.

Older suites hotel, but well maintained. Lacks breakfast, but coffee in lobby was very good.. Room large and well cared for, nice towels. No frills, but nice beds and bedding.
