We liked the hotel location as it made our one-day visit simple. The room had warm lighting and felt very welcoming. The bed was soft and relaxing after travel. The staff maintained a polite and professional attitude.

Die Zimmer sind relativ geräumig und das Bett ist komfortabel.

Bei der Ankunft erschien alles ziemlich unorganisiert. Als wir dann unser Zimmer betraten, roch es abgestanden und muffig. Die Handtücher und Bettwäsche hatten Flecken, auch die restliche Austattung ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Deckenlicht gibt es auch keines, nur kleine Nachttischlampen. In unserer ersten Nacht hatten wir kein warmes Wasser zum duschen, erst als wir reklamiert haben. Zudem ist aus dem Wasserhahn zu Beginn braunes Wasser gekommen.

The bed was really comfortable, the room’s soft lighting set the right mood for a restful sleep, and the bathroom was sparkling clean.

It was the worst place I have ever stayed. The nastiest dirtiest I travel every other month. Looks nothing like the photos. I checked out same day couldn’t handle the smell. They charged me for two days after telling me they would only charge me for the one. Then they denied my refund on booking and told booking I no showed and booking charged me a no show fee which I had to dispute with my bank.

It was a roach motel with roaches of all different sizes. There were dead roaches left on the wall so the cleaning staff didn't do their job at all.

The living roaches, the dead roaches on the walls, the springs on the mattress and the heavy stale smell in the room.

The price

Room was not good. Carpet needs replacing, bed sheets were dirty with cigarette holes, shower was in poor condition, too much to list all issues.
