Bed was very soft everything my husband I was almost a projectile. Sink leaked.

Room was good. King-size bed, nice bathroom, upgraded soaps and all the jazz. Mini baths didn't use it, but it was nice to see it was there. The view from the bedroom wasn't bad.

What I didn't like was: 1. Confusion at booking: the guy thought I'd already booked in then he had to check the room. I had to walk around the place and wait 10 minutes. 2. They were doing renovations on both kitchens. The kitchen was unavailable. There was no sort of solution if I did want to eat and secondly they didn't shut down the floors that they were working on. We woke up at 7:00 am to drills and hammers. We were paying customers. Shut down the floors, shut down two floors. Get your renovations done and give the customer a great experience

It has a very easy check in process

The heating, Albury is a cold place and your given a plug in heater for a double brick room
