"Very poor"

$75 charged without explanation. Also kept trying to cancel my reservation even though I put in booking and called about late arrival. Clearly just wanted to get double payed. (Busy weekend in the area)

For a hotel this level, it was dirty.

I ve stayed multiple times with my dog. No problems. This time I requested a handicap accessible room and received a confirmation I have a handicapped room Upon arrival I was asked if I have a dog after the attendant my past hx. I've had her multiple times and always put at the end of the hallway from the desk. I use a cane and have difficulty getting in and around bath tubs. I finally decided to request a handicap accessible walk in shower and chair. I received a confirmation for it. Upon arrival, once I told the attendant, he said he needed to check with his boss if I could have the accessible room. I was moved to a room at the farthest end of the hallway from the desk. Room 132. I showed my cane which he told his boss. I was still denied my conformed room! The hotel is supposed to be pet friendly. What's the difference between a handicap accessible and any other room?

The pool area had a cigarette bud stuck to some of their pool equipment. The bathrooms in the pool area were so wet that I fell because it was very slippery but otherwise overall my stay was good.

We were in town for a family reunion 90th birthday party. The hotel was minutes from all activities. It was quiet and offered everything we needed.
