Area colazione molto piccola con offerta limitata. Lo staff non ha spiegato NULLA al mio arrivo: non mi è stato detto della palestra, della sauna, del distributore d’acqua, non mi è stato detto dove era la mia stanza, nulla sugli orari check out nè sugli orari della colazione. Non mi è mai capitato in nessun hotel del mondo, e questa è anche una catena, non una gestione familiare. Mi aspettavo uno standard alto, cosi non è stato

"Descent and could be better"

Location is close to team whichnis good. Check in process is quick and seamless and I liked that

Theybare pretty strict about checkin time. Wheni asked checking just 30 minutes before they werent that forthcoming and game a cold shoulder which I didn't like at all. No welcome message in room no drinking water provided, luggage room too is too cramped up.

"Great place"

Clean and spacious room. The staff is professional and welcoming. The location is perfect right at the tram stop if you want to go to the airport it is so handy as the hotel is only 5 stops.
