Hotel rooms need HEAVY MAINTENANCE CLEANING AND REMODELING. LAUNDRY NEEDS TO ALSO IMPROVE.

Close to the freeway.

A deposit is required. Unfortunately having a insect problem is also required. The bathtub looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The property is poorly kept.
