The staff were all friendly, location to restaurants/ bars is excellent, and valet car parking makes it nice and easy when checking in!

Whilst passable, for the price point we would have liked the service and facilities to be a little better. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, but appeared under the pump and like they perhaps needed more staff support e.g. we waited a couple of hours for someone to come reset our tv (to be fair one of the elevators broke and people were stuck in there for some time so staff probably had bigger fish to fry) and we waited a while for our car to be returned from paid valet parking. Our thermostat in our room was inconsistent and the room temp would continually go from hot to cold with the noise constantly shutting on and off through the night. When people in rooms above shower, the noise of the water running through the pipes was quite loud. Just little things in comparison to other hotels for the price point were a bit of a let down. It really did seem like staff were doing their best though, so perhaps it was just the timing of our stay. It would be unfair to blame the staff for things that were more-so linked to a somewhat dating hotel.
