Being a Hilton member, I'm very disappointed in the operation of this facility. It's new to Hilton, and I don't believe it is yet up to their standards. It's certainly isn't up to mine.

Hallway carpet heavily stained, empty bottles of shampoo and hand soap when checking in room. Defective AC last time we stayed at the end of August

Half the hotel was closed off. Gym was impossible to use. Restaurant way understaffed took 45 minutes to get a salad.
