Hilton has maintained the high quality of the form Pullman hotel. Conveniently situated near airport, but added a good restaurant. Couple of deceptions: in room coffee machine didn’t work; had asked for a wake up call which never occurred. It was lucky I was affected by jet lag & woke up on my own otherwise I could have missed my flight.

Je dois féliciter le personnel pour l'accueil et le service mais cela dit, quelques améliorations seraient bienvenues : les chambres commencent à accuser le poids des années et mériteraient un rafraîchissement. Par ailleurs, le système d’air conditionné était particulièrement bruyant, au point de nous réveiller en pleine nuit.

とてもきれいでさすがヒルトンではあったが、窓が開かず、空調もパネルはあるけど動かない、換気扇も動いているのかわからない感じで、空気の循環なくやや息苦しかった。

The air conditioning is not working. The restaurant service was mediocre. My dinner was inedible.

The staff failed to ask us at check in if we needed to book the shuttle. 2 hours later when we went to arrange a ride they told us the shuttle was full for our time. They made no effort to compensate for their error and we ended up having to pay for an uber after we stayed at this hotel for the airport shuttle. In addition our room was incredibly hot.

Our hotel room was at about 28 Celsius for the night. Even with fans it was not bearable and we had 2 rooms and no one could sleep in either room. Staff said windows could not be opened and the air conditioning climate control was not available.

It was just okay. No air conditioning or air flow in the room. Asked for a fan that was never delivered.

This was very convenient to the MRS airport
