When checking in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude, she didn’t help at all with questions we were trying ask about check in, check out, everything we asked we were cut off mid sentence, not once did she smile or make us feel welcome.

The rooms were comfortable. Was a lovely stay I will be back in the near future.

The fact every time I wanted to go for a smoke I had to go outside then show my slip to come back inside. The hotel needs a separate space for the people only staying at the hotel. But I found out just go to the outdoors smoker gambling room saving the hassle of needing to prove you are staying at the hotel from the club.. Also the receptionist should be telling people staying at the hotel how to use the elevators. Took me and my family 20 minutes to figure how to get to floor 6 as it took somebody using the elevator to show us how. Apart from that just a booklet in the room to show what in there and where you would like to go for dinner without leaving the place. 💯% will be back one day

The property has everything you need under the one roof with the accommodation and the restaurants. It was also in close proximity to where we needed to go

We were disappointed in our room. We had booked a Superior Queen Room and the room we stayed in was very clearly not a Superior room. It was so small it was definitely a Standard Room. We have stayed here before and had a lovely Superior Queen Room. I did query at the reception desk about the room on the night we arrived and was told we were in the correct room we booked but I don’t believe this.
