When exiting the carpark, validated ticket did not work. Had to contact traffic control to leave .

The standard room was great for our overnight purposes,parking was easy and free,which is unheard of in Sydney The club facilities were amazing,so many food options Staff were very friendly and check in was very good

The hotel was close to the relatives we were to visit. An unexpected additional benefit was to experience outer Sydney’s ethnic neighbourhoods.

The hotel was part of a sports-convention centre complex, which made finding a parking space close to the hotel itself difficult. Ergo more walking to and fro than was would have been necessary if there had been a map of the underground parking areas available at the reception desk.

View was great,

The room and bathroom was very small and the aircon was very noisy. No bottled water in fridge. No cutlery. The dining room floor where we had breakfast needdd cleaning

Room was clean and comfortable

Got overcharged on arrival, I noticed it the next day and then staff sorted it out

Nice breakfast

Lifts not working properly to floor 6 very frustrating waiting long time to arrive - had to use service lift
