The pool, ocean sound from room,aircond, and beds are comfortable The beautiful beach right by the hotel with an outside shower was great

Our room had no microwave, had to order glasses, cutlery, and extra milk. The dstv had a few channels with terrible connections that we plugged in our own TV dongel to watch Dstv, Netflix, etc. Rooms are very small, The buffet breakfast was average at R225 a person. There are no gowns or extra blankets or extra pillows. Staff need to be more friendly also. The putt putt is extra not included in your stay like the pool I'm not very impressed with this Protea Hotel they need to up their game completely!

The staff is nice, food is good the hotel is at an amazing location with great facilities for kids.

I was staying in a room above hotel reception. The staff at reception played music loud at around 12am (he was alone there), I had to ask him to play it softer, which he did immediately. Another day, people were making noise at reception, at around 11pm, the staff at reception didn't reprimand them, again I had to call reception to ask the person to reprimand them. The reception staff at night, must always protect the peace of the guests. Otherwise, I had a great time with my family except those two incidents.

Breakfast was good but we would to have more things on the menu like pancakes,waffles,ice cream and more fruits like peaches, berries,pineapple..

More staff at breakfast to clean up our tables and have more things on the menu
