Lage, Zimmerausstattung und Frühstück sind bei eine ausgezeichneten Preis- Leistungsverhähltnis sehr zufriedenstellen

Bei der Anreise am 14. Mai trafen wir auf eine Situation im Hause, die auf eine massive personelle Unterbesetzung schließen ließ. Zudem waren das Restaurant und Bar geschlossen. Einen Hinweis darauf hätten wir bei Buchung erwartet. des Weiteren gab es eine Reihe technischer "Lästigkeiten" : Der Zugang von der Tiefgarage ins Hotel funktioniert nicht. Man musste über einen Umweg (auch bei Regen) zum Haupteingang. Das elektronische Kartensystem ist extrem fehleranfällig. Mehrfach musste unsere Zimmerkarte erneuert werden.

Gute Lage, kurze Entfernung zur Innenstadt und zum öffentlichen Transport (Schwebebahn, Zug), freundliches Personal, Frühstück OK.

Die sanitären Anlagen sind renovierungsbedürftig (z.B. Dusche in der Wanne), die Einrichtung wirkt etwas abgewohnt. Die Anfahrt war schwierig, wir sind in der falschen Tiefgarage gelandet.
