Awesome property location and currently under renovations. Top VIP floors are finished. Breakfast is a plus... Now the hotel seemed centered around families with children. We stayed New Years & Songkran. I love the Pattaya Hard Rock. Looking forward to it being completed.

The surrounding location continues to improve at this property with the neighboring property improvements on 2nd Road and Beach Road. The staff is bar none the most friendly staff I’ve encountered in Thailand.

Great location perfect to get everywhere, the staff very helpful and extremely friendly. Hotel desperately needs updating rooms are dark with limited lights, bathroom very dark.leaking taps and poor shower quality. Breakfast was poor quality . For the price it was ok
