"Good"

Clean room and good location.

Pool is really dirty. Spa was slightly better. Breakfast needs a lot of work. Waffles were tasteless along with the syrup. Eggs and sausage were inedible. Make improvements in those areas and you'd have repeat customers.

"OK, as expected. Location to event was reason for choice."

Check-in was quick and courteous, pleasant individual. Room had handi-capped accessories as requested.

Breakfast didn't have the eggs refilled while I was downstairs with people located behind the desk area which appeared to be manager type so I just had additional fruit which was likely better for me anyway. Just indicated a lack of attention to detail. After 15 years in the resort industry, I notice things like that.

Surprisingly nice Friendly staff. Nice pool. Good Continental breakfast.

Coffee, even on bold setting is not too good. Maybe try another brand than Folgers.
