Room was very comfortable and I had a sea view

The receptionist was very rude when we checked in. she made a big fuss about seeing my credit card even though it was all paid for. Wasn't happy to see it on the phone. Apparently that is a condition if you book with Booking.Com. She seemed to doubt anything I said. Fortunately the rest of the stay was good and the other staff helpful and polite.

Not a lot to be honest

Arrived at 10 pm Receptionist told us nearest place for food was 15 minutes away by car . Barman wasn’t helpful either . Walked to High St following day in 5 minutes. Breakfast very poor selection. Food overcooked and cold.

The location was perfect, it was beautiful, outside was lovely especially in the great weather we had. The bar/food/staff were all great. We used the spa, the massage was amazing. It was our second time here will definitely return.
