Air con not working

The location is fabulous. I live in Hythe so knew the location.

Some of the staff were very rude and overheard them cussing off some of the customers. The breakfast was an absolute disgrace for an establishment of such standing- items not replenished dirty, sticky tables that were not cleared or relaid quickly- dinning room soulless more like a canteen.The rooms were ridiculously hot- air con was not working properly and floor fan ineffective. The shower room was small and not overly clean. We had said we were getting married on the Sunday and my future husband stayed on the Saturday night and then both of us for our wedding night - there was no mention of this by staff - no congratulations, nothing in the room. It would have made our stay more special We paid just shy of £500 for 2nights- standard double, sea view. It was an absolute rip off. I would never recommend.

I am writing this review from two perspectives: as a guest who stayed overnight at the hotel, and as an organizer who recently held a fundraising event here. First, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the events team. They were absolutely incredible to work with—so highly organized, attentive, and friendly from start to finish. They took so much of the stress off my shoulders, and the service on the night of the event was nothing short of amazing. Everything ran like clockwork. To top it all off, our hotel room was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully styled, making the entire experience incredibly relaxing and enjoyable after a busy night. The Hythe Imperial completely exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them for both a relaxing stay and for hosting a major event. We will definitely be back next year!

Good location, very comfortable room and breakfast OK, Front bar area very good for getting drinks. Ample car parking spaces.

Service to get choice of eggs a bit slow.

Our room was lovely. Bed was huge & extremly comfortable. Location was just what we needed. We were able to walk to & from the restaurant we had booked in Saltwood, plus walk along the seafront when we arrived. Really enjoyable stay.

Room was amazing, spacious, clean and comfortable with a great big en suite with bath and shower. Spa was lovely, big pool, large jacuzzi, steam and sauna and outdoor space. Location was perfect for the beach, would love to stay again.

Very impressed by this hotel. We stayed just one night as we were visiting the Hide and Fox restaurant nearby, and this was perfect. Staff very accommodating and the hotel was peaceful and we had an excellent nights sleep. We will definitely return.
