"A comfortable stay for a group gathering in the area."

I liked that I could ask for a room without strong fragrances or chemicals due to allergies. They were able to clean the room with simple, non-fragrant supplies. The room was set up comfortably, including a small refrigerator, a king bed, a desk, an office chair, and a stuffed chair. I liked the breakfast and the meeting room. We used it for visiting.

I had allergies in the room because of mold, which had a musty smell, I believe, that came from the carpeted floor. I brought a thermometer. Even with the air conditioner on at 68°F, the humidity was 75% in my room. I could not open a window to get fresh air. I mentioned this to a staff member, and she told me they plan to renovate the hotel so that the musty rug will be gone and the windows will be able to be opened a small amount.

Bathroom floors were sticky and gross, jetted tub in the suite was broken. The front desk relocated me to another room, but without mentioning it to me, the front desk charged my account with another security deposit. In all, I had a dirty room and they essentially charged me for it.
