We were looking forward for this stay and the welcome flowers and wine promised a lot but unfortunately we encountered few major problems and we couldn’t see the hotel staff coming forward to help in resolving or addressing the issues. Bottom line we experienced poor customer service. Here are some of the issues the hotel must improve: 1. Room found to be with very dirty floor (see video) 2. On the outdoor infinity pool we spotted worms on the water edge (see video) 3. The room is worn and had better time 4. The water jammed in the bath sink

they charged me to use their gym which was one of the reasons I had picked their place because of their gym. odd to say you have a gym and than charge people to use it....
